1. Return Period

You have 7 to 10 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that:

  • The gadget is in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and cables are included.
  • The product has no signs of physical damage or liquid spill.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

Note: Items that have been tampered with or opened (in case of sealed electronics) may not be eligible for a full refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Software products or digital downloads.
  • Items on “Final Clearance” or “Flash Sale” (unless defective).
  • Consumable items like batteries (if the seal is broken).

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approved Refunds: We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via Bank Transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa as agreed).
  • Processing Time: You will receive the credit within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank’s policies.

5. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective gadget, please contact us immediately at +92 311 3663504 within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
